Jarek Nowinka and Garret Meijer attended the API Exploration & Production Winter Standards Meeting January 24–28, 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Jarek continues to represent Canada in the revision of the international standard, ISO 13679 Procedures for testing casing and tubing connections. Garret presented results from work done with the Work Group on Collapse of Pipe with Rounded Stress-Strain Curves.
Jarek and Garret participated in other sessions including the Material Performance Properties Resource Group and High Temperature Performance Properties.
